Completed round cakes

I finally completed my friend’s birthday cakes: two triple-layer chocolate sponges with ganache and cream and strawberries or chocolate sweets.

I have also made an iced cream- and jam-filled Victoria Sponge, decorated with strawberries and moulded white chocolate :
