Here at JuliaPalooza, it’s any excuse to bake and what better reason than for Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning 2018. For various reasons our workplace had to hold our coffee morning last week and I’m thrilled to say we raised £216.91!

For the coffee morning this year, I baked two sets of cupcakes. Firstly:

Raspberry Victoria Sponge cupcakes and butterfly cakes

And secondly:

‘As much chocolate as you can fit on a cupcake’ cupcakes

Everyone went all out and its was a fantastic and yummy event! Here is the full spread, including:

Plain and lemon madeleines, homegrown apple crumble cake, coffee & walnut cake, two seed cakes, various cupcakes, chocolate cake, raspberry cheesecake, chocolate & hazelnut brownies, shortbread and a Victoria sponge!
