The Silkworm by Robert Galbraith
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I think this book is my favourite of the three (so far) in the series. I enjoyed reading more about Cormoran and Robin and I loved the depth of all of the characters. Again it was brilliantly plotted, and I loved the cleverness of the book-within-a-book.
I was absolutely convinced I knew whodunit (twice) and was so completely wrong! The deft plotting reminded me a bit of Agatha Christie – the killer was hiding in plain sight all along but the clues only added up when it was all revealed at the end.
Loved it.
