She needs to follow the police investigation. She needs to watch Carla from the shadows… But as Anna’s obsession with Carla escalates, her own secrets start to unravel. Is Carla really dangerous or does Anna need to worry about someone far closer to home?
I really enjoyed Safe With Me. It was well-written, easy to read and totally compelling. The prologue was intriguing and the first chapter threw me straight into the action, raising loads of questions.
I like a book with multiple viewpoints and I enjoyed slowly uncovering the layers of the central and connected mysteries. It was pretty tense in places and I was gripped throughout. I really felt for Anna – her suffering felt very real – and I found the end quite touching.
Thank you to NetGalley and Bookouture for the ARC of Safe With Me.
